• These guys are the best. If you need appliance repair I recommend calling Doyle's first. Super responsive and know their stuff. They have worked on 3 of my appliances now and knew the issue right away, repaired it quickly at a reasonable price. Too bad they only work on Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, Maytag, Amana, and Jenn Air.

Told me what was wrong and fixed my dryer quickly. Brought them out again after another service group told me I needed to replace my shocks in my Whirlpool washer. This was going to be an expensive repair. Shad looked and demonstrated to me that the shocks were fine. It was another problem and he saved me over $200.

  • Our 18-year-old washing machine, which we love and wish to keep, began making a clicking/grinding noise at the start of a load. Initially, we called another local repair company, which charged $109 for a "diagnosis." The technician heard the noise and, without further investigation, declared it a faulty water pump, quoting $500 for the repair. When pressed for a breakdown of parts and labor costs, he was evasive. Skeptical, we declined the service. After some research, we found that a water pump costs $25–$140 for OEM parts, and online videos showed a straightforward replacement process—disconnecting two hoses and a wire harness clip. We purchased a $40 pump and spent 30 minutes installing it, only to find the machine still made the same noise and didn’t work.   • I contacted them through the Maytag website for service. The repairman contacted me to set up the specific time. He was punctual to the minute. He quickly let me know that the washer wasn't going to be worth fixing. He could have done a partial repair that would have gotten him more money, but he was honest. He showed me how I could see the main motor bearing was shot. 
He changed the idler wheel on the dryer, and that fixed it right up. The price was fair, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
